1. General Policy
The Institute of Political Leadership ("IPL") maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all payments made through www.iplindia.org.
By making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Course Fees
- Admission Fees
- Registration Fees
- Membership Fees
- Certification Fees
- Examination Fees
- Workshop Fees
- Event Fees
- Webinar Fees
- Processing Charges
- Digital Product Purchases
- Donations
- Any other fee paid to www.iplindia.org
3. No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to attend classes or events
- Partial course completion
- Non-use of purchased services
- Personal or medical reasons
- Scheduling conflicts
- Internet or device issues on the user's side
- Dissatisfaction after enrollment
- Incorrect course selection
- Failure to meet certification requirements
- Suspension or termination due to violation of Institute of Political Leadership policies
4. Cancellations
Users may choose not to continue a course or membership; however, cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund or credit.
5. Transfer of Enrollment
Enrollments, memberships, and course registrations are personal and non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by Institute of Political Leadership.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Any exception to this Policy shall be at the sole discretion of Institute of Political Leadership and shall not constitute a precedent for future cases.
