Community Guidelines
Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
Effective Date: April 10, 2026
1. Purpose
The Institute of Political Leadership ("IPL") is committed to providing a professional, respectful, inclusive and safe learning environment. These Community Guidelines apply to all users of www.iplindia.org, including students, members, instructors, speakers, mentors, guests and visitors.
By participating in our courses, events, forums, webinars, or any other services, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
2. Respectful Behavior
Users are expected to:
- Treat all participants with courtesy and respect.
- Engage in constructive and professional discussions.
- Respect diverse opinions and backgrounds.
- Use appropriate language in all communications.
- Maintain a positive learning environment.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Harass, intimidate, threaten, or abuse others.
- Engage in discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Use offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful language.
- Share false or misleading information with the intent to deceive.
- Promote violence or illegal activities.
- Disrupt classes, webinars, or discussions.
- Impersonate another individual or organization.
- Attempt to access another user's account.
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software.
- Advertise, spam, or solicit without authorization.
4. Academic Integrity
Users are expected to:
- Complete assessments honestly.
- Submit original work.
- Properly acknowledge third-party sources.
- Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized collaboration.
Any breach of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action, including withholding of certificates or termination of access.
5. Use of Course Materials
Course materials are provided solely for personal educational use.
Users may not:
- Share course videos or recordings.
- Distribute downloadable materials.
- Upload content to social media or third-party websites without permission.
- Record live sessions unless expressly authorized.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Users must respect the privacy of instructors and fellow participants.
Do not:
- Share personal information of others without consent.
- Record or distribute private conversations.
- Publish screenshots, recordings, or participant details without authorization.
7. Online Meetings and Live Sessions
During live classes, webinars, or virtual events, users should:
- Join using their registered identity.
- Behave professionally.
- Follow moderator instructions.
- Avoid disruptive behavior.
- Use chat features responsibly.
IPL reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the session.
8. Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience a violation of these Guidelines, please report it to:

Reports will be reviewed promptly and handled confidentially where reasonably possible.
9. Enforcement
IPL may take one or more of the following actions for violations of these Guidelines:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove inappropriate content.
- Restrict access to specific features.
- Suspend user accounts.
- Permanently terminate access to services.
- Revoke certifications or memberships where appropriate.
- Pursue legal action if necessary.
The decision of Institute of Political Leadership regarding enforcement shall be final.
10. Amendments
Institute of Political Leadership reserves the right to amend these Community Guidelines at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website and will become effective immediately upon publication.
11. Governing Law
These Guidelines shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Guidelines shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.

13. Acceptance
By accessing or using www.iplindia.org, enrolling in courses, participating in webinars, attending events, posting on discussion forums, or using any services offered by Institute of Political Leadership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct.
